About Me
My Background
I have an extensive musical background, having attended the Purcell School for Young Musicians for the majority of my upbringing.
I am a highly experienced pianist, harpist and singer, and have over 5 years of experience teaching adults and children of all ages.
Some of my personal achievements include:
- Performing alongside Lang-Lang
- Playing for Queen Elizabeth II at the Barbican, alongside the Royal Festival Hall and other venues.
- Playing as the lead harpist on the London School's Symphony Orchestra's Romanian tour
- Obtaining a full scholarship to the Royal College of Music
- Accompanying and running numerous choirs
- Accompanying for various performances and examinations
- Playing at countless events and weddings throughout the UK
My Approach
As a teacher, my approach to teaching is patient, encouraging, and adaptive to each individual student's needs and learning style. I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters a love for music and inspires my pupils to improve and excel. I provide my pupils with a strong foundation in music theory, technique, and performance, while also encouraging creativity and expression through improvisation and composition. My ultimate goal is to empower my pupils to become confident and skilled musicians who can enjoy playing for years to come.
